Hi, I’m JAX!
I am Chief Organiser for Anything Organised. I started working for other people organising corporate & personal events. After moving into working for Local Government I successfully managed many projects. Having recently successfully organised two multi-venue music festivals and several stand-alone events for Oxfam I decided to put my energies into working for myself. Anything Organised is something I’ve been thinking about doing for some time and I’m really pleased to have got the business started.
Anything Organised does exactly what it says … we will organise anything you need organising.
No project, event or budget is too small or too large, We will be your personal Project Manager, Events Planner, PA, Travel Agent and Booking Agent.
Events – Personal
Gigs, music festivals, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, funerals, Bar Mitzvahs …. you name it.
Events – Corporate
Networking meetings, team building, conferences, awards, celebrations, dinners and training.
Concierge
Hotel laundry, dry cleaning, essentials gathering, gift shopping, flowers sending, letter writing & sending.
Domestic Chores
Cleaning, shopping, laundry – washing and/or ironing, dry cleaning, dog walking, pet sitting, house sitting and booking plumbers, decorators, electricians etc.
Office Chores
Leave cover, accounts, archiving/filing, typing letters/quotes and general PA/EA duties
Travel
City breaks, to business travel to holidays. Visa and health care research, Insurance Quotes, Flights, Hotels, activities and guides.
Project Management
Business and Personal. Need help with any logistics? Moving House, Brand Launches, general project planning, you name it.
Life Laundry
De-cluttering, personal scheduling and appointments, downsizing, getting ready for new partner moving in, or an old one moving out.
